Three simple steps
01
Snap it onto your underwear and get on with your day. Ventos records hydrogen quietly, including while you sleep.
02
A photo of what you eat. A quick daily check-in on how you feel. A little everyday context to go with your measurements.
03
See your hydrogen alongside your meals and how you felt. Look for patterns over time, then choose what you’d like to explore.
Connect the dots
Your meals. Your recorded hydrogen. How you felt. See them together, so you have something more concrete to explore.
Meal photos help you remember what you ate when you look back at your measurements.
A starting point, not proof of a cause. A meal and a hydrogen rise appearing on the same timeline do not establish a connection.

A day with Ventos
MorningStart your day
Take Ventos off its charging cable and snap it onto your underwear. At work, on a walk, or at home, it records quietly in the background.

Once a dayA quick check-in
A few taps on your gas, focus, mood, sleep and energy put your measurements alongside your experience.

Neither does Ventos. Wear it while you sleep, then give it a quick charge in the morning.

What Ventos measures
Your microbes make hydrogen as they break down food. Ventos measures the hydrogen that leaves as gas, giving you a continuous record to explore.
Fiber and other foods your body doesn’t fully digest reach your large intestine.
Your gut microbes ferment that food. Some produce hydrogen as they go.
Some of that hydrogen leaves your body in your farts, day and night.

Good to know
Ventos is coin-sized and snaps onto any underwear. 95% of respondents in the Human Flatus Atlas said Ventos was comfortable to wear. With no screen and no sound, most of the time you can forget it’s there.

Connect the magnetic charging cable. Ventos charges in a few minutes, then it’s ready to snap back on.
Wear it for a day, a week, or make it part of your daily routine.
No. You can wear it every day or take breaks whenever you like. More days of wear can help you build a fuller picture of your patterns. For the Tiny Health study, we hope you’ll wear Ventos for 3 to 14 days.
That’s okay. You can miss a day or take a day off anytime. Just pick up again when you’re ready. The big picture matters more than a perfect streak.
Hydrogen in your farts, which your gut microbes make as they break down food. It doesn’t measure odor.
That’s okay. You can add your food later or pick up with your next meal. The big picture matters more than a perfect log.
